Како ова услуга изискује додатне активности Donesi.com, када користите онлајн плаћања услугом  Donesi.com PayOnline, у коначном износу за наплату ће бити укључена и ставка PayOnline трошкови обраде наруџбине, као фиксан динарски износ, једнак за све начине онлајн плаћања.

Сигурност плаћања
Donesi.com онлајн плаћања се обављају на сигурним сајтовима процесора плаћања и ни у једном тренутку нам нису доступни бројеви картица, налога или други поверљиви подаци које остављате приликом плаћања. Процесори плаћања са којима Donesi.com сарађује податке преносе у криптованој форми, употребом најсавременијих криптографских технологија и за њихову сигурност гарантују процесори плаћања.

Сигурност плаћања платним картицама
Уколко плаћате платним картицама, приликом уношења података о платној картици, поверљиве информација се преносе путем јавне мреже у заштићеној (криптованој) форми употребом SSL протокола и PKI система, као тренутно најсавременије технологије. Ауторизација наплате и повраћај средстава
Уколико процесор наплате подржава ту опцију (Банка Интеза), приликом наручивања на Donesi.com неће бити извршена наплата, већ само ауторизација плаћања (резервација средстава). У том случају, наплата ће бити извршена тек када наруџбина буде испоручена. У случају одбијене или отказане наруџбине, резервација средстава ће бити поништена у најкраћем могућем року. У случају да сте више пута покушавали плаћање, може се десити да исти износ буде више пута резервисан, али та средства неће бити наплаћена и резервације ће бити поништене у најкраћем могућем року. 

Уколико процесор плаћања не подржава поступак ауторизације (qVoucher), наплата ће бити извршена одмах, а у случају одбијене или отказане наруџбине, плаћање ће бити сторнирано и средства враћена у најкраћем могућем року.

За одбијене или благовремено отказане наруџбине, кориснику ће бити враћен целокупан износ плаћен онлајн.

Повраћај средстава се обавља искључиво преко процесора плаћања који је коришћен приликом онлајн плаћања.

Поништења ауторизација и сторнирање ће са наше стране бити обављено у датом року, али је могуће да ће банци или другом процесору плаћања требати неко додатно време пре него што те промене на рачуну буду видљиве.

Извештај о плаћању
